How does the interview process work?
The process is simple and seamless. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a pre-interview questionnaire, which helps us collect all the information we need to craft your interview. Next, you will be confirmed for your recording date and guided by our producer on the day of your recording. You will receive your interview draft for approval generally within 7–10 business days. Once approved, we will export and transfer your fully produced interview to you. You will have direct access to our support manager via email, text, and phone every step of the way.
Do I need to have experience on camera?
No.
We guide the conversation in a way that brings out your expertise naturally, so you come across as confident, clear, and credible—even if you’ve never done an interview before.
How long does it take to receive my final interview?
Typically, you’ll receive your full-length interview within 7–10 business days after your interview is completed.

Is the interview virtual or in person?
That’s something you get to decide. We routinely record virtually but offer the option to visit our studio location in Richmond, VA, to record in-studio. There is a slight investment difference for in-studio recording. This will be discussed during your fit-check video call.
